Im not satisfied with your customer support she was not a big help. I was trying to find out what happen for my check payment i sent last may 5, 2012? thats it... my voice is so low and just curious asking my question but suddenly the customer service who talk to me was so arrogant and she talk and talk like she is annoyed with my question. she has no empathy with clients. she should tell us what instructions to do in a good manner. she just hang up and i was stunned . is that the customer service you offered in PCH? she should listen first and tell us what the solution not by arguing to the customer without listening??
i hate this person. i"m sorry for that. I was stressed the way she talk in phone. i'm sorry for your company by hiring this person.
